5. Subscription and Billing

We offer 10 minutes of free interview practice to all users. No credit card required.

Paid Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions provide additional practice time and features:

• Weekly Plan: $9.99 for 30 minutes
• Additional plans may be available

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are not provided for partial subscription periods.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ZennPrep are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (resumes, job descriptions). By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to use your content solely to provide our services to you.

AI-Generated Content

Interview questions, feedback, and other AI-generated content are provided for your personal use only. You may not redistribute or commercialize this content.

7. No Professional Advice

ZennPrep provides interview practice and preparation tools. We do not provide:

• Career counseling or professional advice
• Job placement services
• Guarantees of interview success or job offers

Our AI-generated feedback is for educational purposes only. Always use your own judgment when preparing for interviews.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability
